The purposes of the foundation are as follows:

Ø      Establish and maintain a scholarship fund to finance the educational and associated expenses of a financially-needy, brain-injured person who can demonstrate the ability to complete an educational program in any subject area.

Ø      Establish and maintain a program to provide specialized equipment to brain-injured or disabled persons to assist with their care and therapy where such equipment might otherwise be unavailable because of cost, lack of insurance coverage or delays of pending litigation.

Ø      Gather and make available to the public educational materials and information concerning the issue of persons dying at home rather than in hospitals or other institutions.
